Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription from your profile page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. We only collect publicly available data, and your scraped results are private to your account only.
Will you add API access?
API access is planned for a future release. Current plans focus on the platform experience first.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request corporate invoice billing (bank transfer).
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change your plan any time from your profile. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
